My married man and I expended 8 nights at HotelWestminster in October2003. This was ourHoneymoon, and furthermore my husband's first journey to Paris, soWe determined to select a Hotel with good position for sightseeing andA loving atmosphere. I accept as true we could'nt probably have selected better. We registered a better room simultaneously with aerodrome moves and a chapagne greeting by communicating the Hotel exactly, and what weGot without inquiring for an improvement was a magnificent suite with a attractive distinct dwelling room, antique furnishings, crystal chandeliers, fireplace,Large bathing room etc. The cost we had acquiesced for our bundle was certaintly notA cut-rate, although the suite they provided us had a usual cost identical to two times what we were paying.Apart from the overhead, the general feeling of residing in this attractive Hotel was large, and we actually treasured the concierge devising for us evening meal in one ofParis's mostExclusive restaurants. In other values, service was overhead mean, with night turndown service andOther pleasant little details. Location- shrewd the Hotel is perfect for sightseeing, buying etc and the locality is attractive and very protected for every person except your wallet(with so numerous magnificent shops around...). I would decisively suggest this Hotel to any person, but having readWhat other tourists report I would suggest communicating the Hotel exactly, particularly if you propose to spend yourHoneymoon there.

Striving to conceive a magnificent and memorable marriage celebration for my married man and I, weMade bookings for 3 nights at thisEstablishment. WhatA mistake! The room recalled me of thatGeico (sp?) financial that is offered in the pattern of “clips” aNew “reality” television display about a wed twosome that is madeTo reside in an luxury suite that is exceedingly minute for a year…the financial proceeds on to disclose how the little space performances with temperaments producing in large disquiet and conspicuously arguments! As my married man is rather big, and the room rather small…we became that twosome in this space! It was awful, and not excels all for our marriage…weAre in detail still recovering! Placed besides what emerged to be a serviceKitchen, we jested that the only cause we were adept to pay for to stay atThe Hotel was because theyMade a exceptional rate for the“new Opera visitor room” conceived from what was likely until very latest the nourishment storage closet. “Yes,We in theRoom where the peasWere retained last year!” ThisOf courseWas just a antic, as we haveNo concept about the annals, renovations or alterations ever made atThe hotel. The following are someOf our added observations:Pros:•Fairly centrally established •Close stroll to Metro station•Close stroll to Opera•Many bistros beside by•Clean bathroom•Rather large bathroom•Nicely adorned bathroom•Fairly pleasant employees, pleasing, habitually smiling!Cons:•Room too little for 2 persons •so little twice bed was shoved against partition so conceive location to walk•uncomfortable twice bed•Difficult to find a location to stow our suit cases •Yes lift is little too (as somebody cited on this location earlier)…but so what, theyAll are in Paris! In abstract, if little spaces are notA concern for you, thenThis Hotel may match your needs. HaveA large trip!

My married man and myself lately had the delight of selecting this Hotel for a shortEurostar shatter in Paris. This wasOur third journey to paris andWe were pleasingly surprised. The employees were very pleasing and cooperative and made everyEffort toHave a room prepared for our earlyArrival. The room was little as you might anticipate in centered Paris and whereas it was darkI discovered it to be clean,With a very pleasing bathroom. The position is truly incredible and I would suggest this Hotel to any person desiring to have aShort shatter in Paris. HoweverIf you favour a more up to date Hotel then perhaps this Hotel is not for you( I would suggest the Hotel Plaza Vendome)But for any person liking to know-how a flavour of vintage parisian glamour thisIs a large groundwork for view seeing.

I resided at the WestminsterFor 3 nights in JuneLast year.I chose a higher degree Hotel (it advocates itself as 4-star) mainly to double-check my solace and security while journeying solely, and my married man and I had discovered a somewhat good (for Paris) rateOn the internet atAbout Euro 250 perNight. I should state that it was NOTWorth the cash and was notWorthy ofAny of its self-proclaimed prestige. My room would have beenEuro 400 per evening without the exceptional deal and was wholeheartedly TINY. It was actually only large-scale sufficient for a lone bed (I hadTo stroll on tiptoe toGet round the twice bed!) and one partition was a reflector to conceive the illusion of space.I was kept aroused one evening by a very blaring neighbouring visitor contending with his wifeOn the phone for 2 hours - which verifies how slim the partitions are (..and thatThe initial rooms have been sub-dividedWith artificial partitions to conceive minute rooms, and of courseFor the Hotel to ascribe extortionate rates). The petition endeavours to be impressive and IS in a nice way adorned in a ratherOstentatious LouisXV fashion. The exterior advantages from the position (next to Cartier,Rue de laPaix). As a woman ascertaining in solely I sensed directly threatened by the all-male employees, who asserted in speaking to me in aMocking pitch of broken English- whereas I talk fluent French! InMy attitude, the poorest attribute any Hotel can have is employees with a snobby mind-set - particularly when the location is not even ofGood quality; just asserting to be.In deduction, bypass the Westminster atAll charges - as a scholar I utilised to stay inA hostel inThe Marias which was two times as comfortable! - andIf you desire to heal yourself to a impressive Hotel in Paris, proceed for a customary endeavoured and checked one for example Le Bristol orGeorges V.
