my female child and I resided at this Hotel for a couple of nights in April,weLoved the Hotel the room wasSpacious andClean and the position was large close to metro exit.Unfortunatly our stay was stained by the tart faced and hostile receptionist ( female)Altough we talk fluent Spanish sheCould notBe bothered to gaze at us or welcome us or even accept our existence.What a disgrace this beautiful Hotel is being ruined by this unpleasent welcome.Management delight take note thatUnfortunatly the employees at this Hotel will halt us residing here afresh or suggesting it to friends.
