Homely little Hotel five minutes fromThe BlueMosque and in very simple strolling expanse of all the major sites in Istanbul. The employees are amicable and helpful. We hadOne of the larger rooms really set into the town partitions and were veryComfortable. The location is spotlessly clean all through and we had correct dimensions bathing tub slips, hand towels and floorMats (changed everyDay and the bedLinen everyOther day). There wasAir conditioning, anInternet socket, a flat computer display television (CNN accessible for report revisions though overridden by US elections throughout our stay) andA little refrigerator with a variety of cheap snacks. We rapidly discovered the shop on theCorner of the road where a 1.5l container of water was just1YTL (50p) andWe decanted this intoThe lesser containers to take out. Fantastic outlooks from the rooftopAnd morning meal terraces. Excellent morning meal disperse each forenoon with a good assortment of dairy cheeses, baked breads, pastries, jams,Cereals, dehydrated and new crop (usually melon), simmered for example in addition to tea/coffee on tap from11-4pm each day. This is not an Hotel for lounging inAs thereIs only a little petition and there areNo very simple seating on the terrace. ButWe were outAll day so thisWasn't actually a problem. We utilised the aerodrome move service provided by the Hotel and on appearance at midnight were beingCalled by the aerodrome data table even before weHad selected up our luggage. AsFirst time tourists to Istanbul, we treasured the certainty and effectiveness of this (40E come back for the car). The Hotel presents a 5% discountTo any person giving in money, certain thing not cited on the website.Cash (YTL,Dollars and euros) is effortlessly accessible from ATMs.

A manic propel through the unfeasibly slender cobbled roads bordered with collapsed timber structures made us aLittle apprehensive,But all our doubts went away on going into the serene and fragrant NazWooden House Hotel. The greeting employees are amicable and very cooperative (though perhaps a little too keen to profit from their charge from localized bistros and tourist haunts...) The room was a littleCramped for a twice but exceptionally cleanAnd flawlessly fine for a shortStay. We had attractive climate and so ateOur morning meal on the top covering terrace. Incredible outlooks to the Blue Mosque,Aya Sofya and over to Asia over theMarmaris Sea. The hotel's in a truly incredible place - just a couple of minutes stroll from all the large-scale must-sees, but onA calm road with allotments of charming Turkish children around. Please state hello to them asThey love to perform their English! All in all thisWas oneOf the nicest allowance Hotels we've resided in, and IstanbulIs an astonishing location to visit. One minor phrase of alert - we wereIn a frontRoom so had no difficulties, but an American twosome who reached while we wereThere moved Hotels after one evening as they wereIn aBack room. The trains sprints literally along the backOf the construction and is veryNoisy!

We loved this little Hotel which warrants five stars forThe outlooks from it's top covering terrace solely - Blue MosqueAt the back, Marmaris ocean to the front. BasedIn best locality of Istanbul, Sultanahmet- numerous historic sites inside very simple strolling distance. Must glimpse Blue Mosque, TopkapiPalace (don't overlook harem), giving to proceed interior Aya Sofya isOnly forThe purists in our outlook so skip if timeIs limited. The position of the Naz presents the tourist a feeling of dwelling other than residing in Istanbul whichWe actually liked. The local people were amicable (if a bitBemused byThe scouse invasion!) we sensed protected and didn't getMuch hassle,Even in the impressive bazaar. Our twice bedroom tho' little and easily furnished, was utterlyCharming and thePlumbing worked fine! Don't hassle travelling to Taksim Sq. locality - minus the large armed detachment of reds followers its just for example and anonymous, you couldBe in any town any place in the world. This isAn Ang & Woody dependable guide.
