Visiting associates in Madrid. The Hotel is very well located, enclosed by good stores and bistros and close toThe attractive Retiro park. Only difficulty I came across was that theHeating system in my room failed on the week-end andWas not fixed until Monday as thereWere no upkeep employees on duty.

I resided in this Hotel by error - i was registered in another catalonia Hotel but an mistake with the computer scheme intended i was whiskedOff toThis one as reimbursement - I should state I was satisfied they did! This Hotel has only beenOpen a couple of months. The room wasSpacious, clean, calm and catered for myEvery need. The employees were amicable and provided helpfull recommendations to a novice inMadrid. They furthermore talk very good English.There isA plesant bar and bistro - though IDid not consume there the list looked good.The Metro position is literally out-of-doors of the Hotel doorways, the road is lively with the Madrileñan atmosphoereAnd there are burdens of shops....cinemas, bars,Resturants....in detail you need notEven project farther than this street! i would definately suggest this Hotel to any person and absolutely stay there afresh - I'm so pleased there was a mix-upWith my initial hotel!!!

This Hotel had only beenOpen a twosome of months so IShould have anticipated some teething problems.I am actually not a fussy clientele, but the entire seem of the location is unfinished; our roomWas clean and up to date, but loo flushButton was notFitted and no tea/coffeeMaking amenities, and the raise halted employed one day andBeing on the11th floor, it was rather a climb!
