We relished magnificent service at theChateau. Rooms wereSpacious and clean. BreakfastWas large and the nourishment was excellent. The Hotel is established off the Ku'Dam,With buying and transport nearby. The employees talked English and was habitually helpful. The furnishings in the petition was a bitGothic, butThat's just a issue of taste. All inAll, a sensibly cost Hotel smack in the middleOf Berlin's major buying drag.

Located in a calm road traversing the Ku-Dam avenue,In theHeart of the alert west Berlin, with4 coach lines just 100 metersFrom the Hotel, U-ban and S-ban positions about 300 meters away. The stuff were kindAnd cooperative, all of then talked good English. One beautiful juvenile woman in the greeting even talked fluent Hebrew. The room was in a nice way adorned, equitably large and snug, very clean, and everythingLooked new. The awful was so good thatWe did not desire to get outOf it…Breakfast was delicious, very wealthy and tasty, hard toFind such a morning meal in European hotels.Around the Hotel we discovered a kind of bistros, and there isA befitting shopping centre with a personal doorway to the Hotel, open from 8:00Until 22:00.I and my spouse resided there for 7 nights,And we relished every minute. ThisIs decisively a most suggested Hotel for Berlin tourists.

My fiance andI went toBerlin (mid world-cup) whichWas registered very last minute. We considered Hotels would be very costly, but after approaching over this Hotel on easyjet Hotels, it was cited as a 4 Star, and for 3 nightsAnd 4 days places to stay was only £120For a twice room if I recall rightly (costing more atThe weekend thanThrough the week). Still,A bright cost mid-world cup.Although I wouldnt classThe Hotel as 4 Star, I would state it was decisively a 3 Star by UK standards. It wasVery clean, and freshly constructed at the start of2006. It has elevators and steps, and the morning meal, which Is encompassed was rather nice. The below furthermore connects up on the major shopping centre (these are in little most in Berlin, soIt is large that this isNext door),Which is very well supplied with its ownBakery etc.Surprisingly (especially throughout world cup high temperature time) the dialect barricade was rather certain. Although greeting employees who were very amicable did their bestTo accomodate us,The bars and restuarants around about, was rather tricky (with very seldomHaving English in writing on the menus). There is a beautiful Italian around the corner about a5 minute stroll, and the bistro over from the Hotel is tasty too!The Hotel is a 15Minute stroll to Berlin Zoo,And aquariamWhich made for a joy day out - whereas the animals did gaze a bit warm, and I didnt likeIt (being anAnimal biologist!!). It isA joy day out forThe children though, with allotments of animals to glimpse (although except you can read GermanYou have no concept what it isYou areLooking at as no indications in English!!).The Hotel is located off Kurfurstendam (the major narrow piece in Berlin). LotsOf stores, but costly shops!! With so numerous edge roads off Kurfurstendam, we didGet lost, but discovered our way backBy recalling that burger monarch is on the corner!!All in all, a pleasant stay and a bright cost, and we would proceed back. It wasA little loud with persons yelling at evening (but we put thisDown to theFootball!). The air conWas large and the bathing room with bathing tub (and very mighty shower!) were veryClean andSplendid. There is furthermore satellite television, but be alerted you only get CNNFor 3 hoursA day , theOnly conduit for English speakers. Howver,MTV does arrive on for anHour a dayBetween 4-5pm if youAre fortuitous sufficient to apprehend it!

Not a awful phrase to state about this Hotel - just opened 2006,Very clean, amicable cooperative employees (didn't meet the dialect difficulty preceding reviewer mentioned), hearty morning meal, very comfortable. As cited, the Hotel is just off kurfurstendamWhich is a centered financial street. 15 minutes stroll from the zooOr EuropaCenter, where you can apprehend the 100/200 motor coaches to virtually all the tourist enticements (alternatively, coach M29 has a halt just on theCorner of KudamAnd knesebeckstarsse - 3/4 positions from Zoo/Europa Center). The tourist data at the EuropaCenter shouldBe your first halt, as this isThe location to get publicTransport permits, charts and much more.A bit farther up knesebeckstr. (crossingKudam) you'llFind an S-bahn position in Savignyplatz -All the teaches proceed to Hauptbahnhof (newAnd outstanding centered train station), and theS7 southbound willTake you to Potsdam. The Hotel is rather close to theU-bahn positions on Kudam as well,So all in allPublic transport is veryEasy. Some pleasant bistros round Savignyplatz as well. The west has lostMost ofIts past glamour, andI didn't find it appealingAt all, esp. matching to the alert localities in the east- Kreuzberg, PrenzelaurBerg or Oranienburger str.I'd suggest residing in the Mitte locality, round Unter den Linden orGendarmenmarkt - much nearer to most ofThe enticements, amusement and evening life, and willSave youMuch time on transport.
