We resided in this hostal for3 nights. I registered the room by e-mail and expressly demanded a calm room because someOther reconsiders here cited the noise. It wasWell worth inquiring because our roomWas soooQuiet! It faced up on an central enclosed yard so there was wholeheartedly no disturbance from the street. TheRoom was attractive little and we didn'tHave a outlook but who proceeds to Barcelona to stayIn their room?!The room and bathing room were wholeheartedly spotless and allOf the employees were exceedingly nice. It's inA large position with allotments of bars and bistros and a metro halt close by and inside strolling expanse of allotments of the tourist attractions.I highly suggest Hostal Orleans andWould decisively stay there again.

We discovered this Hotel through Lonely Planet andIt was large worth for cash in Barcelona. Our roomWas clean and easy with a littleBalcony up on the edge street. After doing endless study and reading numerous repugnance tales about hostals in Barcelona(particularly in and round Las Ramblas) this hostalWas by farThe best choice. RoomsARE little like some other reconsiders mentioned... just sufficient room for 1 bag on either edge of the full dimensions bed. The high upper surfaces appeared to make theRoom gaze larger however. Our room facedWas on the major road and WAS blaring (mostly vehicle and engine scooter and occasionally persons suspending out), but ok withThe balcony doorways close closed. The employees was additional pleasant, whereas we had to talk to them in spanish(and try to convert what they answered in catalan!) ! One thing: don't be turnedOff by theOldish looking hallways inThe construction and the 3Or so air travel of steps to get upTo theHostal... the cleanliness, and protected position was sufficient to make upFor that. Would decisively suggest this hostal to other ones to stay... P.S. large position to rapidly find a cab to the aerodrome any time of day~

We resided at Hostal OrleansBecause itWas the cheapest Hotel we could findWith personal bathrooms in Barcelona, andI have wholeheartedly no regrets. It'sNot the Ritz-Carlton,But for what it charges, it has noRight beingSo nice. The location was immaculate. The petition and lounge were antiquated, but one time you head downThe hallway toThe rooms themselves, everythingIs absolutely refurbished, and not at reduced cost, either. Our roomWas little but snug and well-equipped --I understand some here have deplored of disturbance, but luckily, we weren't inThe front,And everything was very quiet.If not anything additional, stay here for theLocation. We tookThe train into BarcelonaFrom the aerodrome, strolled out the frontOf the position, and the Hotel was staring right atUs. I glimpsed it immediately. InAn unfamiliar homeland, that's a precious know-how to have. AndThe direct locality of the bistro is crammed with large bistros, buying and sightseeing. OurRoom wasn't prepared yet when we reached, so we fallen off our sacks and directly going out to lounge round in a terrific, complicated tapas bar andInstantly dropped in love withBarcelona. The Hotel is right besides Parc de laCiutadella and isJust blocks away fromThe attractive Santa Maria delMar, ArcDe Triomf, the Picasso repository, the sweets repository, the shoreline and allotments of other attractions. MostOf our four-day journey was expended strolling from Hostal Orleans round the town, but if you desire to proceed farther afield, the BarcelonetaMetro position is a short expanse away, too.Hostal Orleans is onThe "firstFloor" of a beautiful vintage construction, which is rather the bountiful description. In American periods, it's the thirdFloor. That's actually the major condemnation I have ofThe location, but you'll live.I've glimpsed remarks that the employees talks nearly no English, butThey talk sufficient for you to getBy. In detail, even though I talk some rudimentary SpanishAnd endeavoured to use it,They appeared to favour to talk English with me.They're very amicable no issue what dialect you speak.I would suggest this location in a heartbeatTo any person contemplating a journey to Barcelona, andI have.If (when?) we proceed back, I don'tEven believe we'd address residing any place else.

I resided here with a ally for 2 weeks, and itWas a large experience. All ofThe employees are amazing: very cooperative, sugary, and friendly. The Hotel is in a large position in the BornDistrict. ItIs a ten-minute stroll or five-minute coach travel to the beach.In the roads behind the Hotel there are allotments of bistros, bars, lounges, and shops.There are 2 metro positions very close by. TheRoom we resided in was rather little, but habitually clean, and hadA terrace, personal bathing room, tv, and air conditioning.AND.... there is equitably cheap internet service inThe dwelling room. The major street it is established on can be rather loud, but if you close the window it really holds out most of theSound. Overall, IOnly have good thingsTo state about this hostal. IfI visit Barcelona afresh (which I wish to) I will decisively stay at Hostal Orleans.
